Interesting rental bike
For my cycling friends I was intrigued by the design of this rental bike that can be rented with the help of an App on a smart phone. In Victoria there is a fleet of traditional bikes that has been recently installed along Fort street. However it was the design of this bike that fascinated me.

Interesting bike frame with no top tube. The fenders look strategically placed. I wonder if they would be effective in Victoria rain. Helmets must not be mandatory in Italy.
